Baheran Trading PLC is incorporated and established according to Ethiopia Commercial Code, as a private limited company in October 2009 (Meskerem 2002 E.C). The company started its operation with paid up capital of ETB 1 million, which grows to ETB 100 million at the present. It is Legally licensed by the ministry of trade and Investment Bureau to engage in export and import trade, transport service, real estate development, manufacturing and sale of Paints, fillers, plastic products, and commercial farming.
Our Establishment it is authorized by the following government institutions:

Legally licensed by the Ministry of Trade to participate in export and import trade
Certified by the Ethiopian Standardization and Quality Authority to clean and process sesame seeds.

On top of this, the company is a member of the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) and Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association.
